Is it possible to get rid of that electrical cutoff on the hand controls and switch over to smaller, simpler clutch, throttle and brake controls?

Yes, but if your bike goes off by itself into a wall cause you forgot to put it neutral, or spill it in a turn cause the kickstand was down... don't blame us...

Hahahaha, vers, good one! I got rid of all safety circuits, but they are there for a reason, and you do it at your own risk.
