So I just changed the oil on my s40. I let the bike running for 20 minutes, took the drain plug out and not even half a quart came out. Changed the oil filter and poured in 2.5quarts of oil in it. Since I don't know the maintenance done in this bike I repeated the steps but without changing the oil filter this time and once again not even a quart came out of the drain plug. Can somebody explain me what's going on???

These two ports marked by the pink arrows are not the oil drain plugs.
