Title: It's Alive! Post by Scott_H on 12/24/10 at 07:11:12 Just picked up my bike from Eli over at Cheapskate Cycles. I could't be happier! Title: Re: It's Alive! Post by Scott_H on 12/24/10 at 09:13:31 Just got back from my first short little ride. This thing is a blast to ride! |
Title: Re: It's Alive! Post by verslagen1 on 12/24/10 at 10:14:46 I like them black spats. and nice touch on the black brake hub. serious attitude too. 8-) |
Title: Re: It's Alive! Post by Daeldren on 12/27/10 at 16:24:46 Very nice and tastefully done. I have some similar ideas in mind for mine but I need to keep a passenger seat or the missus will be very unhappy. |
Title: Re: It's Alive! Post by MotoBuddha on 12/27/10 at 16:29:02 I like the superfunkaliciousness of the rectangular amber fog light, but I'm sad to see the tangerine flake paint gone. I'm curious how the high pipe will work out for you. I like it too. Oh, and what's the story on the velocity stack? I've been looking for one that fits. |

Well... The paint was from someone else's bike and it was in a magazine. I want something that will be uniquely mine. The high pipe is working out good so far. It gets a little hot at stops but not too bad. I can't really feel any heat at all when riding. The velocity stack came from eBay a long time ago. It was a little big but stays on fine with a clamp. Thanks for the feedback! |
Title: Re: It's Alive! Post by babyhog on 12/28/10 at 09:23:40 The seat that was on it before doesn't look original. Do you know what it was? |

Title: Re: It's Alive! Post by verslagen1 on 12/28/10 at 16:43:21 Not paladin, thinking someone in Tx or Az. Thinking it's a Vstar seat. |
Title: Re: It's Alive! Post by babyhog on 12/28/10 at 16:52:10 Looks similar to mine! That's why I asked. But mine is custom. http://i757.photobucket.com/albums/xx211/babyhog/S40/PIC-0795-1.jpg |
Title: Re: It's Alive! Post by groupus on 02/15/11 at 11:57:45 man, I love the way that bike looks! i'm a fan of that style, even kinda like the square headlight. also, love the handlebars. I would like to get a pair like that or some narrow, lane-splitter type z-bars. great job |
