Our car battery is a little low ,95 buick regal , and I was wondering if I could use the battery tender junior to top it off,or is there some reason you can't Also ,do I have to disconnect the battery cables to use it ,or will it damage something?  .Thanks.

Plug it in and forget it ! It will work on any lead acid battery.... large or small.

Is that .75 amp ? I would not use that on a dead battery, it could posibly get too warm maxing it out that long. Or do what the instructions says.

Agreed, the tender Jr. should do just fine on a car battery.  It'll just take longer is all  ;)  You don't have to disconnect the battery from the car.
