Bought it on Ebay,brand new for $120 + shipping.had one on my last savage and loved it.had to order new crush gasket but put it on for now just to drive it around the block until Tues. when the part comes in.

Ahhh, I was wondering if anyone from this site bought that jardine, I was watching it. Congrats, oh and there isn't a how to Post for a jardine in the tech section yet by the way.....just a thought ;)

Do like the lower seat,but re cover it again w/ better foam to cover the sides more.as for the sound I'll find out today when I ride it,had one b/4 and loved it. putting it on was a direct bolt on,but have to get a new crush gasket.just clamp it on and two bolts in the stock bracket in the back to hold it.
