How do you go about changing out the grips?

most grips are glued on.
I use a 3 screwdriver method
stick one in, roll it around to loosen the glue
2 more, equally spaced twist until it comes off.
some use air, some water, some hair spray.

I used one screwdriver to loosen then a small wooden block and a hammer to knock it out
