Title: Re: Riding a sidecar Post by Phelonius on 11/04/10 at 06:34:26 Late model Ural Tourist. If I were to get another Ural, that's the one I would choose. Note the Pacific northwet riding conditions. Hurricane ridge is up in the Olympic mountains above Port Angeles. When it is not raining or foggy, you can look down across the straits of San Juan De Fuca onto Vancouver Island Canada eh? Phelonius |
Title: Re: Riding a sidecar Post by kimchris1 on 11/04/10 at 20:34:50 I made this same ride on a 2007 Honda 250 Rebel. Phelonius is correct saying you can see the Strats as well as Canada from the top. If memory serves me right, the elevation at the top is over 4400 feet. So sad it was not a beautiful sunny day for this rider like it was when we made the trip up there. :) kim |
