Hmmmmmmm Mine only has 3 besides the fuel line. The one on the throttle side runs over and up to the petcock. The 2 on top are vents. They run up the frame and get tucked in under seat. Make sure the vacuum one didn't get split when pulled off.

That's because it's a California model.
The big one on the left, fuel line (you know that)
2 on top, left and right, are vents
right side forward, vac line to petcock
and.... drum roll please...
left rear, littlist line, cali canister purge line.

Oh you dropped kicked that somewhere, just plug it.

Where abouts in cali are you?

Is this why there's an LS650P and an LS650F?

the petcock is the fuels on/off/res switch correct?

the line ending for that is on the underside of the tank towards the front of the bike, right?

Petcock=fuelcock=fuel valve=fuel on/off/res switch

The other end of the cali canister goes to the tank vent (underside of the tank towards the front)

Its been my experience that whoever is responsible for the RE assembly should be the one takin things apart. Go Slow enuff to keep up with things, take notes, take pics if necessary. A manual helps,, LOTS...

think about it...
