Title: Re: Savage chopper Post by verslagen1 on 10/13/10 at 09:01:31 a bit crazy, but he does have a custom hard tail frame. |
Title: Re: Savage chopper Post by Demin on 10/13/10 at 17:59:26 Like I said before,I got almost 3 grand out of an '87 http://p1.bikepics.com/pics/2008/05/23/bikepics-1298489-800.jpg |
Title: Re: Savage chopper Post by babyhog on 10/13/10 at 18:02:04 But Demin, yours looks 10 times better! |
Title: Re: Savage chopper Post by Demin on 10/13/10 at 18:12:30 Thank you.I thought the other one was pretty cool though.Mine was practically brand new by the time I was done with it.I don't use used parts on my builds. |
Title: Re: Savage chopper Post by Fuschia on 10/13/10 at 19:00:26 I agree with Babyhog ,Demin. Yours looks WAY BETTER than that other guy's! Love your paint job! 8-) |
Title: Re: Savage chopper Post by Edgar on 10/13/10 at 19:56:35 Yea demin yours is deff the winner. $4k may be high, but in the southern California region there are lots of pretentious ppl that drop money on whatever looks cool, so I think he'll get close to 3k if not more, IF not the 4 he wants. The rigid frame is probably worth close to a grand itself |

Depending if it's a stock frame he just got a custom weld on it shouldn't have costed more than 500$ installed. |
Title: Re: Savage chopper Post by justin_o_guy2 on 10/14/10 at 07:25:48 The rigid frame is probably worth close to a grand itself . not to me it aint. be worth a grand to NOT ride a rigid, IMO. |
Title: Re: Savage chopper Post by conrod on 10/14/10 at 23:03:48 I had an XS650 converted to rigid, brought it off ebay needing work to get back on road. Did the rebuild, not hard, but when I rode it around the block for a test run and put it straight back on ebay. No way in the world would I ride a rigid again |
