Title: shock boots
Post by bobber_prjct_2010 on 09/21/10 at 17:52:11

Would someone be willing to provide me with a size, brand, part #, cost for some shock boots that will fit a stock savage?  Thanks.

You could do the same with a thin metal plate,... like an electrical cover plate or something...

Mine are 3 years old,... still in good shape...

I've been using these on my bikes.   http://www.ascycles.com/detail.aspx?ID=43209   Not for bling but to protect the seals.

I ordered these with no idea if they would work but I figured I could gamble for the cheap price.

I like that, easy install. Is there a way to have easy install boots beside this product?

NOJ is a good product. Just take your time measuring before trimming. As the saying goes " measure twice, cut once".
