i put some led lights on my bike and i wasy wondering if i have to change the relay, i like the rapid turn signal,will it hurt my my bike to leave as is,or do i  have to change it to a diff relay.if its harmless no worry.and it is legal here in tx to have a rapid blinker\

yes you will need an electronicly operated flasher unit.

It ain't gonna hurt a thing ! It ain't no different than running different wattage bulbs that will change the flashing speed.

the only thing it might hurt would be the led lights themselves, and since they are leds, i don't even think that is the case.

let them flash away!
