I would like to replace my stock muffler with an HD one. I would like to know which one is the easiest one to work with (Part number would be nice) in regards to fit. Also the correct carb jetting. Not going to pay the $400.00 plus for a new stock. Dyna or Sportster?

Did you replace the muffler bearings at the same time?

You can't change the bearings till you change the muffler ! ;D

You could also go with any aftermarket slip on designed for 1 3/4 pipe like this one..

As for the muffler bearings.........I have a box full of those but do not have special tool #Z594-3 to install. ;D ;D
