Just picked up my first savage. It is a 2000 project but I have all parts to put back together. It needs a few parts but is in very good condition. I am extatic!! I have always wanted one so now I do. Hardly any rust on it and I got LOTS of extra parts. Just had to share.

Welcome to the gang. When you get it together, you will love it. They are GREAT machines to ride, and leave lots of room for "personalization". ;D

Here are some pictures of it. I will post more later when I have everything sorted. I got this and the rest of the bike plus anough parts minus engine and frame to put another one together. Even came with a set of saddle bags!!

You should hook up some pedals and a chain to the rear wheel. Would make a kick ass bicycle.

You should put a large hamster wheel in the middle of all that and take some pics. That'll get the neighbors talking! :D
