The wife decided the the US economy needed a kick in the pants so here I am in a Spokane mall killing some time. We did a great drive ( took the car :( on this trip) down 95 this morning to Lewiston. Would be a great run for the bike. Me thinks I need to negotiate
some away time on the bike.

Prices are much better down here that up in Canada. Even with the exchange rate we paid 1/2 of what it would cost for 2 pr of gloves and 2 mesh jackets. And that's at a dealer.

Hey Skid Mark, thanks for helping out our economy. Hopefully we can return the favor. Spokane is only few hrs from where we live. Around 5 tops. It would be a nice trip for you on the bike as well.
Nice you were able to get yourselves some new motorcycle jackets and gloves. Have a great time and safe trip back home.. Kim :)

Well, I helped to balance things out a little. My job had me spending LOTS of time North of our border last year and this. A week in Moncton NB, a week in St. John NB, 4 weeks in Toronto, 2 weeks in Calgary, and 1 week in Vancouver, and yeah, I spent money in every one of them.

Happy Canada Day! We watched the fireworks across the border from our yard. Happy birthday to both our countries. :D
