get your self a little oil pan then take off the plastic teet and about a half a cup of dirty oil will come out, have no fear the engine is doing it's thing, you should drain that tube once a month, it's just dirty oil the engine has kicked out. Sounds like it hasn't been drained for quite a while. How many miles on it ?
Welcome to our website, great scot is it ?

That's a drain hose for the airbox, drain it every oil change.

It is probably a drain from the airbox.  Nothing to worry about unless it is alot of oil.  That is the quick answer.
Welcome, by the way!
Mike
