Hi all,

I've got a 2006 LS650, has 14,000+ miles on. Recently having a problem with the horn not working while at the same time the headlamp dims really low. Have had it in the shop twice and they can't replicate it.

Anyone have the same thing happen and if so, how to fix?

Sounds like a short to ground when you press the horn switch. Start up the bike, press the horn switch and wiggle all the wires in the chain until something changes.

If it only dims when pressing the horn button, replace the horn. Sometimes a horn will get to where it draws a lot of amps but won't blow. You can try tapping on the horn with the button pressed, if it starts blowing, you've found you're problem. 8-)
