Hello

I found a starter, a solenoid, and decompression valve and a cdi box on ebay. they came off of a 95. will these parts work on my 87? thanx again.

yes on starter and solenoid, don't know about decompression valve.

The parts fiche at Boulevardsuzuki.com shows the same part number for the CDI from '86-'95 so that should be a yes too.

cdi unit needs to be matched by year. IM pretty sure everything else will work (but dont quote me on it) but you need a 86-88 cdi.

a '95 is supposed to be the same as a '96,
so no, a 95 cdi won't work on a 87

starter, maybe, the idle gear is different, not 100% sure if the starter are the same.

solenoid, yeah.
