I have to pull the clutch back all the way to the grip, is there a way to adjust the cable?

Or do I need to replace it?

Yup,.. it's got adjustment at both ends...
Loosen lock,... turn adjuster CCW,... tighten lock..
...might want to lube it while you're at it.. ;)...
