She hadnt brought them up & was soon to be in Big Trouble, soon as mom found out... So, she pointed to a man, with a family, & declared that he had raped her. He was in the pen for 6 or 8 years b4 she recanted...The media had so demonized that guy that everyone, & I mean Everyone "Knew" that guy was guilty. I think that if someone ( of legal age, not an 8y/o or 14 y/o) lies to try to get someone else tossed in jail & they get caught ( & that includes prosecutorial misconduct) they should get the maximum punishment their intended victim could have gotten. |
