So My daughter turns five on Saturday, so she will be old enough to ride with me. She can reach the pegs but if they were just a bit higher she would be more comfortable. What Ideas you got to lift them up a couple inches.

I've been looking at pegs and floorboards.
Since she's young and they grow like weeds, I'd do something temporary. Wonder if you could adapt something like this? Made for a Harley, but hey, we always say it just takes some imagination?

I tell you piglet they grow so fast that by the time I get them on there she wont need them.

What if I just took a peice of wood and secured it to the peg? Safe?

The Savage S-40 bikes have the worst passenger pegs on any full sized bike presently being produced.
They bolt directly into the rear swingarm so that the passengers' feet are subject to every bump in the road. Furthermore they are mounted by pinching the swingarm and drilling it creating a natural weak point. The slug that is then put in to be threaded toaccept the bolt is not fully welded and can be subject to vibration and stress cracking.
I had one break about three years ago.
