Title: darn tubes! Post by Rocco on 04/27/10 at 21:27:37 went for an awesome ride last night with the boys, a kawi concours 1000, sporty 883, and a 750 honda magna! it was a full moon and we rode out 2 belle glade....maybe 100 miles whole trip...open road, sooo sweeeeet! my front tire went flat, so i'll have to put another tube in it....freaking a! and i was going about 75....didn't feel like i had too much left after that.... they all laughed because i was in the back then laid on my tank(alot of wind and as soon as i bent down i started to fly) and i passed them all!! my friend just got the magna and he thought he heard a noise, then my other friend goes "it was probably rock, i hear all kinds of noises coming from that thing!" LOL! it was probably the belt churp, the ammo box rattling, the speedo, the headlight and me laughing as the debaffled muffler sounded awesome ;D and i'm thinking of paintin my rim....any suggestions? and i may go red...i know i know shocking right? |

My daughter had both wheels and a couple of small body panels powder coated for her BMW and it was only about $150...nice job too. Ive seen some black bobbers with red rims ...very cool ! |

Post by Rocco on 04/29/10 at 13:33:55 yeah i haven't decided and i'll do it if i gotta take the rim off anyway! my friend's bike is almost ready and we're gonna ride!! it's an 86 vulcan 750...paid a grand for it, cut it to pieces, no paint anywhere, he's an artist though so his is very clean, i'll put pics up as soon as we're ready! |
