Salvage that Savage! Nice going, man.Did you get all the engine guts when you bought it?

That is looking great! That is the exact same tank I have, but I cut out the filler and put in an aviation style cap. Also that is almost exactly what I'm doing with my seat, I'm short so I can get away with it. Keep up the great work and keep us posted!

Looking Good!!!

I really like the look of the Z-bars, thinking I would like a set of them too. Also think the Sportster tank looks good on these bikes.

Hope you get it up and running soon so you can start enjoying the riding weather  8-)

I think this build is going to resume shortly.I'm just going to take the engine from the '86,and put in it once it's built.

You should be able to match up the connector with matching wire colors (at least the main color) on both sides
