What I do not know is, what has to be done to secure the battery after the air box and side covers are removed, and what is done with the ignition switch? Also, with the carb unsupported from the back, is there a risk of failure at the carb/intake manifold junction - I know this is a problem on the buell blast if you eliminate the airbox. All help appreciated, this is my first "project" Paul |

If you just change the filter and not the exhaust you my not need to rejet. Increasing air input without increasing output might not increase the over all flow of the system. Happy bobbing. :) |

I noticed that on ebay 60mm diameter for custom cone filter inside diameter. KN has filter but it is larger cone.. will larger cone have impact (negative or positive) Can anyone confirm this is the correct workable filter?
