So far everyone here has been really cool so thought I'd share I have a 14 year old daughter and tonite she had to be brought in for emergency appendectimy (sp?) I know its routine but anytime something happens to her I worry anyway so asking for good positive thoughts for her. Thanx folks.....

Best wishes from me, and here's hoping for a speedy recovery.

It's not really that young. I actually had mine rupture around that age. Came through ok, although the 4 weeks in the hospital drove me nuts.

And Serowbot, if you find any gals that think appendix scars are sexy, send them my way, I've got a doozy! And I'd at least have one thing going for me then! ;D
