Title: Air Filter
Post by LostArtist on 03/08/10 at 11:57:56

this

http://www.cruisercustomizing.com/detail.cfm?Category_ID=86&manufacturer_ID=481&product_ID=29182&model_ID=26&sblid_name=Hiflofiltro_Filters_Air_Filter___Suzuki_Savage_Boulevard_S___for_Suzuki_Savage_650&utm_source=froogle&utm_medium=na&utm_campaign=froogle&utm_content=29182

which is a hiflowfiltro air filter

or the K & N air filter?

or a stock one from the dealership?

the first one is cheap which is attractive to me but for some reason I don't trust it, and the K&N, if it's reusable with the K&N system then that would be cool too. and worth the money,

any input would be great, thanks

Hi-flo is a reputable manufacturer and their filter will be as good a stock...(I use their oil filters)...
both it and the stock will actually filter more than a K/N...

The advantage of the K/N is that it will breathe a little better and is washable and reusable...

Until youve studied Old Fellers answer to air filtration, you cant make an informed decision.
