hi could some one let me know what the standard carb size is on the savi. thinking of changing to round cable slide type or flat.

36 or 38mm roundslides are the generalluy accepted improvements. Look into Lancer's carb kits. You get all kinds of extra goodies with it including necessary custom throttle cable and intake flange, Dial-a-jet, UFO, extra jets, iridium spark plug, manual, carb tool etc etc.

If you are going to use a roundslide then do stay with the 36/38mm size. Air velocity in the carb bore slows too much otherwise.
If your engine is totally stock and just running a HD muffler or similar, go for the 36mm carb. It will work better for the low-mid range.

yeah was thinking of going with the 36mm round slide carb. what size jets do ya think.?
