No, one is removed to prevent confusion. I do have one that goes dim sometimes though.

Are those stiff enough to keep them from pushing into the brake handle (and turning on your brake light)?

The mitts I got for mine have that problem.  I need to make a bracket that hooks to the mirror stem and goes all the way out to the end of the handle bar..  someday.

All I can say is the Moose name seems to fit.

I bought these for $18 last year: http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/4/22/263/4851/ITEM/Quadboss-Hand-Mitts.aspx and they got me through the winter even riding at 20F. Those and gauntlet gloves kept my fingers toasty.

Why spend the money when you're sitting on a big heater?

I just reach down every few minutes and grip the engine for a few seconds. Provided your gloves are the right material and don't burst into flames (or singe, melt, or otherwise irreversibly change for the worse), you get a nice burst of heat.

... Course this works best on short trips through the city, and is mildly dangerous on a highway for long distances...

Hi, my name is Phelonius and I am a motorcycle addict.  I'm un repentent and have no intentions of changing.  I even get up and ride in the middle of the night when no one is looking.   Etc etc.

So you're an MA, with a dim bulb and Moose's on your grips.  Humm, no wonder why I like you.   ;D

Thanks for thinking of me though, I appreciate the info.  Now all I need is the gauntlet gloves, the wrap to go under my helmet, some chaps and heavier jacket.  Oh, and a new seat.  Hope Santa is good to me this year.  ;)

Came across these on ebay, and thought of this thread.

Of course they are not listed to work with our bikes, but they may or may not work with a little coercion.
