One time I rode all the way to work, and then realized I hadn't fastened the chin strap on my helmet.  How's that for being a rebel!   ;D

i wasn't aware we could do wheelies! and i'm not sure i should attempt it! and luckily i don't allow myself to burnout, or i'd need a new rear tire =]

my dad's old dodge dakota was one wheel drive in the back and that tire always seemed to need replacing alot sooner then the rest.....i didn't do it though....ok maybe i did  ;)

When I sold tires I took a "cussin" from a guy talking about how sorry my tires were. I walked around the car, noticed only the right rear was in bad shape. I just grinned and asked if he had a teenage driver at home. His face turned red, he apologized and said,"I'm gonna' kill him", as he got back in the car. And yes, I run with scissors and pet strange dogs. A regular risk taker.  Boofer

Do the burnouts right before the tire change, just got a new ME880. $164, $24 to install.

Having some tread sure makes a heck of a difference.

With the rake we have & the flexy tubes we ride on, I wonder how the front end would handle a hard landing.

I am more interested in how I would take a hard landing.   Boofer

In anger and disgust, I one day let loose from a dead stop, on concrete. The landing wasn't so bad, but I nearly flipped the dam thing over backwards, not expecting it to do that. Now I try to stay off the bike when not in a good mood. It needs enough work already without crashing it upside down.

I've only maybe lifted the front end once: riding with my buddy who has a CBR600, we were leaving a drive with a little bump, so I had the clutch in just coasting off of it.  He goes zipping off ahead of me, so I pour the coals to it, and let go the clutch.  The front end most certainly got light real quick! :o  Not sure if it actually left the ground, but must've come pretty close.  I take it a little easier now, because I can't claim nearly enough experience to feel safe trying that kind of stunt again. ;D
