Title: Two petcocks? Post by littlefights on 09/19/09 at 14:29:04 I was poking around on ebay in hopes of finding cheap parts to bob the ol' savage and I found a nice looking tank but it has holes for 2 petcocks.  Is it possible to set something like that up to run on the Savage?  Nothing too crazy or expensive.  I was thinking you could set up a couple of y-connectors for the fuel line and vac line, but don't know if that would actually work.

Post by Demin on 09/19/09 at 14:48:47 If it's an aftermarket tank you won't need the vacuum.It'll usually run a Harley petcock.Sometimes on the old twins like Triumphs they ran a valve to each carb.My Sportster tank had two different locations and sizes.Just run the one for an Harley.
