I've searched the site the best I could. Is there anywhere I can find a pdf version of the shop manual for the savage? I basically need wiring diagrams that someone with my low level of wiring diagram experiance can handle. As well as exploded views of the engine and related components IE gearbox etc. Any help would be appreciated.

There's still the link to the Clymer's manual for older bikes.. copyright must've expired ;)

I think I would have to inspect it to be sure it is not copyrighted.
