here is my bike in pieces, getting ready for a re-build

I mocked it up with a trailer fender, but it didn't stay that way

This is what it looked like after I got it together the first time, but I had an oil leak, so I decided to rebuild and paint the motor

I have gotten a carb kit and rebuilt the carb along with muffler and air filter. I will post some pics of the final product soon.
I want to get a smaller tail light and make a new wire harness for it to get rid of the excess bundles I shoved into the old air box. But for now I am just ready to get back on the road and ride.

Actually, I have changed the muffler and put on a little sporty style, I am still messin with the carb to get it just right. It has alot of power but it is poppin when I release throttle for shift and still has a little pop when I shut her down. I will post a pic as soon as I get a chance.

here is the motor after getting re-built and painted. I got the polished bolt kit and I think it looks nice against the black. I am still debating if I should put the chrome covers on top of the motor.

I used the belt guard and the plate light and made them into a side mounted plate.

I had the side covers and the upper chrome pieces powder coated to match. It looks SHARP.

A dash more of crome might look good.
