I'm unlikely to carry a passenger. Generally I don't like passengers - too unpredictable! If I decide to keep this bike, I'd like to put on a comfortable (higher and more ergo) solo saddle and a rear luggage rack. I notice there's stuff under the back part of the stock seat. Maybe a recifier with fins, and some wires. Suspect this can be appropriately covered. There's the side rails carrying the mini-sissy bar (a horrible looking thing). I suppose those can be replaced.

Anyone done this conversion? Comments, suggestions?

Heres what I did with mine...between saddlebags and duffle I can pack very well.

I replaced the rear fender and hid the electrics under the seat... the rack is off a Sportster....

That looks more like it! Hard to get a fender? And the seat, what's that? Looks much much better!

Who you askin?... Doc's is a custom seat with a stockish fender,... mine is a stockish seat with a custom fender...

my buddy just gave me one of those chrome tray things lol i'm thinking of cutting my stock rear fender, mounting the tray so it sticks out and becomes the fender and mounting the plate and brake light on it.....or i have no idea what i'm talking about lol
