fellows i would appreciate much if someone here let me know how to turn my s40 lights off during the day, it doesn't seem to have an off switch
i just got it yesterday and have no idea.
the owners manual doesn't say how to
help..

You won't be able to, it is safety feature that the lights be on anytime the ignition is on , and it is required by law.

I don't know where you are, but in North Carolina and I am sure plenty of other states the headlight is required to burn all the time. I think it was in the later 70's that the headlight was made to burn constantly.

new york law lights must be on!

Law or not, you want to keep the light on. It helps let others see you,and that's real important ;)
