can you us tubless tires instead of having tube???i foun some dunlops for a steal and my tires are bealding

You can use tubeless tires with a tube
can't go tubeless unless you have the spokes sealed.

WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT THE VALVE STEM COMING OFF THE TUBELESS TIRE SINCE THERE IS ONLY ROOM FOR THE TUBES STEM IN THE RIM????

tubeless tires don't have a valve stem. No tire has a valve stem.
tubes have the stem, or in tubeless it's in the rim.
No problem with that.
Actually, the majority of tires we run are tubeless.with tubes.
