Bah, I think I may have finally gotten this thing mounted. I sanded off the paint and then kinda left it as is. I really seem to like the ratty look of the muffler. anyways I mounted the support bracket in behind the muff and then remounted my header heat shield. The bike is still lean so I have to go back and re-jett when the shop gets more mains. Here are pics. Yall let me know what you think.

Is it just me, or is that thing pointed right at the bottom of your saddlebag? :o

How much would that cost? Also, I cant seem to flipping fix the leak in the muffler. I sealed it with that versachem crap and it still leaks lol

lol. It shoots under lol. I noticed that in the pic as well and was waiting for someone to point it. The saddebags are on brackets courtesy of seviersavage. The bags have more than enough clearance from the muff. The muff actually points in.[/quote]
;D I was wondering. Otherwise, if you were going on a road trip, you could put a thing of soup in there, and it'd be all nice and toasty when you stopped for lunch! :D

Just a suggestion but you might consider painting the tool box cover black as well as the rear chrome reflector housing. I did and it really makes a black bike.
