Title: Rear fender ? Post by High-Def on 06/01/09 at 18:50:30 I have a 15" rear wheel. All of the fenders I see are for 16-19" or larger rear wheels. How close to this 15" do I need to stick to to follow the line of the wheel correctly? Will a fender for a 16-19" wheel look right? |
Title: Re: Rear fender ? Post by serowbot on 06/01/09 at 22:18:44 16",... yeah,.... 19",....no,... at least I don't think so,... try taking your front fender off, and eyeballing it on the back... P.S.... 3 Savages up Mt.Lemmon, Wednesday 11:00 am, meet at McDonalds at Tanque Verde and Catalina Hwy.... lunch at the Cookie Shack, Summerhaven.... http://i600.photobucket.com/albums/tt82/serowbot/DSCN0110.jpg?t=1243919732 |
Title: Re: Rear fender ? Post by diamond jim on 06/02/09 at 05:18:07 Serowbot, I love the whole look you got going on with the front end. The low bars, bar end mirrors, gaiters, turns... that's pure bad a$$! |
Title: Re: Rear fender ? Post by Duane on 06/02/09 at 13:15:20 sero - your muffler looks great, is that a sporster? One of the cleanest installs I've seen. What kind of heat shields did you use? |
Title: Re: Rear fender ? Post by serowbot on 06/02/09 at 16:33:20 Duane, It's a Sportster,... the heat shield is just a piece of dress chrome for a car tailpipe.... I notched it in the back to get around the clamp bolt. Thanks DJ... |

Thanks for the input bro. And darn it I have to work Wednesday. But if you wanna stop by La Encantada (Skyline and Campbell) for a cool drink ;) I'll buy you all a soda or whatever you like. Just an offer. My bike and I will be there all day. >:( And I'd love to check out some other Tucson Savages :) |
