click on his name and click the option to send an email. Everyone should have had to provide an email when signing up for the site. Also, you will need to have your email synced to outlook.

If you're looking for the savage companion cd. Send Greg an E-mail. He's the one selling it.

Sorry, just got the PM telling me to check that, and unfortunately, I haven't got the slightest idea how to check anything other than the PM's. :-/
If you have questions about the CD, I'm in no way affiliated with it, other than volunteering up some pics when SavageGreg asked for some of newer bikes.  As ALfromN.H. stated, Greg's the man to talk to about that.  If it's related to something else, let me know in a PM, since I actually know how to check those! ;D

Edit: this post probably shoulda maybe gone in the Cafe?  Dunno. :-/

EXPLANATION OF ORIGINAL POST
I ordered the Savage Companion Photo CD from the SavageStore as I thought that was the proper thing to do. I ordered and paid thru PayPal and received an order confirmation on May 9, 2009.
When the CD hadn't arrived as of May 25th, I e-mailed John Himmelberger john@suzukisavage.com since that was the address that the order confirmation came from. I still haven't received a reply from those e-mails.
However, I did e-mail Savage_Greg and he explained that the Store was also selling some of the CD's for him and that he hadn't received my order from the Store.
Savage_Greg also mailed the CD to me today.
Customer service from Savage_Greg is outstanding. Customer service from the SuzukiSavageStore - what can I say?????

Just a note for those of you who may have recently joined this website forum, John H. (creator/owner of this website) had a loss in the family in the recent past and since then seems to have some difficulty on follow up at times.  He is not just blowing you off...he seems to still be dealing with what happened.
I hope you all understand.

No need to be sorry, I think you are due an answer.
I think that if John or anyone for that matter opens a store and continues to accept orders and payments, then it should be his responsibility to forward it on a timely basis.  3 weeks is not a timely basis unless it is stated so up front.  He should set it up so that his involvement at this point is minimal or close it.  I understand his grief up to a point as I have never lost so dear a loved one.  But life goes on and responsibities can be redirected.

I am willing to except minimal support of this forum, but I advise you all not to use the store or to expect not to get what you've order in a timely manner.  You'll notice that I'm an alliance member and it'll continue to be paid up till hell freezes over.

I am an Alliance Member!

I purchased to support the site and to get the discount.  Well,  the discount is gone, but the site isn't ... and I feel I have gotten WELL over 10% back!   ;D

... but I don't have the Alliance Member tag...  oops    hehe

I don't care, because I can't change anything there anyways, I forgot my pw...  :-[

I must agree with your point as well my friend, John should have "paused" the store function or had someone else pick up the ball so that he could do what he needed to do.
I request deep focused prayer for John and family; there are obviously still needs there.

I have the same issue with the Alliance membership. Thank you Lancer for clarifying what the issues are. This site is a very valuable fun resource and worth supporting. As long as my donation helps keep the site up & running I'm happy. I also truly hope John can resolve his greif issues.
