Title: Year of Engine? Post by genejohnson on 05/26/09 at 12:49:12 When I bought my 86 LS650, another engine came along with the deal. Can anyone tell the year of the engine from the number on it? I was told it was 5 speed but no year was quoted. The number on the engine is P401-138930. It appears to be complete minus carb and engine pulley cover. Can anyone comment? By the way, its for sale if anyone wants to make a decent offer. Gene |
