Just started the rattle yesterday, and need to take things apart to take a look. I assume the only thing holding the bezel (metal) to the headlight cup (plastic) are the 2 larger phillips head screws at the 4 and 8 oclock position, right? Once those are out, what falls off of what?

Yep, those two screws. The complete headlight assembly will come out of the housing. Whatever falls off is what's rattling.

done, thanks. Looks like I need to get a cable tie and harness all that stuff together - just sort of floating around right now.
