I got a bike but it wasn't a savage. I found an XS650 for about the same price as the used savages in the area. I haven't taken it for a ride yet, just need a helmet now.

XS650's are an awesome base to work with, I'm kind of jealous. Congrats and ride safe.

Well took it out for the first time today. Pretty sweet. I only got it up to about 30mph cause I trying to stay in the neighborhood till I get the hang of it. I stalled twice... but its all good.

'shame its not a Savage, but any new bike is fantastic. Go slow, get the course, and ride safe!!!!
