Post by marshall13 on 05/18/09 at 17:01:36 2 inch inlet... 1/4 inch thick shim or adaptor to fit the stock headpipe.... that means weldon, not clamp, for the adaptor.... they appear to have about enough oil to change the lubes on a deet 6-71 fried onto them.... you're talking lots of serious scrubbing, even if you use straight lye to cut that funk.... 40 plus shipping is reasonable, but you'll spend 10 times as long re-habbing them as installing.... |

That bracket weld is ugly. and a question would how do plan on mounting it? I don't think the bracket will line up with the existing hanger, so you might have to weld on a new bracket. You can sand and it will remove the discoloration, but won't be polished anymore. |
