I just got done searching through hundreds of posts and just want to reassure that the correct size for a cone air filter inlet is 57MM... It's for a '96 savage

I just measured my spare carb. The O.D. of the intake side of the carburetor is 56.94 mm.

Yep. 57mm (2.25").
