I don't see any rear shocks nor do I see any hardtail struts.  I like that cover piece you made under the seat.  The seat size and placement looks kind of funny to me.  Were it mine I'd shorten the front of the seat pan by maybe 3" then move the seat closer to the tank and enjoy.

well I have a bad left leg & have to sit back there or move the pegs. move the seat was cheaper. the shocks are gone and we welded the swing arm to the frame.

what is needed to get rid of the rear shocks. any details on this mod?

I just cut off the upper mounts and figured out how far down I wanted the rear end, which I dropped it 3.5 inches,  held the swing arm in place & welded in the gussets.  not at all hard to do. all you have to make sure of is that you dont drop it so far that the tire rubs on stuff. also keep in mind that you will have to figure out how to set the belt tension because you can no longer use the lower mount that sets this up.
