I got one from Northern Tool and while it fit over the tire perfectly, it's gonna take a decent amount of fab work to get it to work on the stock frame horns.  For the time being I just lowered the rear fender 3/4" ala DiamondJim.  I'm saving the trailer fender for later maybe.  I'll try and find the part # if you're interested.

They have a long one that will cover most of the tire, a medium one  and a short one.  I just got the medium a few weeks ago.  Very good prices.

The hardest thing is the mounting holes.Cut to your length, and round off the corners, and cutout for the belt.

The fender on the bike in this link is a trailer fender from northern tool less than 20 bucks easy to work with think it was the medium length one.
