Title: rigid frame...
Post by doc5446 on 04/14/09 at 08:10:52

I remember seeing a few bikes on here w/ rigid frames. Where does one get this frame and what mods must be done to mount the 650?

this pic seems like a perfect time to pass this on... when welding, brazing, or flame soldering ANYTHING on your bike, remove the carb, battery, and tank, place them far from the operation.... if using ANY kind of electric welding or brazing method, remove all parts with fine windings, diodes, capacitors, or transistors.... that means the ignition pick-up, the stator, the cdi box, and the side-stand diodes... they dont like a 120 amp, 20-30 volt environment at all.....
