Over time the baffle will fall apart because it is made out of fiberglass.  The longer you ride it the louder it will get.  At least that is what I have been told.

Do a fibrolseeve.  That will really make it sound awesome.  Did them with my M50 and loved it.

I  really have to admit,i'm loving having the baffle out of this exhaust.I've been riding with v-twins with straight pipes and my exhaust is louder than thiers,i'm constantly setting off car alarms everywhere i go,it's awesome!

Yep, that's it.  I came up with the fibrosleeve as not only a low $$$ alternative to aftermarket pipes for my M50.  The Jardine pipe housing would be an excellent size for a fibrosleeve.  Basically, it turns your muffler into a glass pack.  It takes the volume down a notch, absorbs the higher frequency angry lawn-mower sounds and makes for an awesome, very distinctive deep growl.  They are definitely a head turner.

Here's some sound files for comparison.  A buddy on the other site put my two sound files to a moviemaker clip and posted them.
