Title: Brake lever compatibility Post by photojoe on 03/06/09 at 12:00:26 Would anyone know if the brake levers are pretty much universal with regard to the year bike? I need a brake lever for an '87, and found a couple for later year bikes. It's bent from the fall. I could try and get it straight, but figure since I'll have to remove it anyway, I may as well install a "newer" one. |

Thought about that. Wood mallet and a little heat might work. |
