Does anyone know the header diameter off hand?

by a cheap caliper and measure it. Or simple math. Measure the diameter and multiply by Pi (3.14). Tada

:-?  err, you left out a couple of... important words, like circumference.

So if you use a tape rule to measure the circumference...
divide by pi and you'll have the diameter of the pipe.

you are right. I gave him the formula for circumference. The diameter can just be measured with a tape measure.

Stock header ID is about 1.3"

The header is double wall.
The outside wall is Ų2.000"
The flange is Ų2.413"
The flange is .403" thick
The inside wall is Ų1.68"
and tapers down probably 1.3" can't measure that far.
