i got a heck of a deal on a new supertrapp muffler the other day. i was gonna ask a question, but i think i already know the answer. so i guess i am just bragging. :o

Personally I like the tune ability of the trapps, but I hate the looks. If they ever make one that doesn't look like an old megaphone, I would consider getting one myself.

Congrats and enjoy the beautiful sounds of the road, brought to you by ST. I go over this one bride that has a Yamaha stealership at the very bottom of it which i stop in on occasion. One of the salesman said to me "I hear you rip over that bridge every day." Yeah, that's an accurate description of the Trapp sound, it "Rips."

I like the megaphone style. What better a statement than to make a pipe in the shape of a megaphone? It's saved my from collision more times than I could remember. Not just with motor vehicles, pedestrians, bicyclists, kids on skateboards etc. all seem to move to the side of the road when they hear us coming. Out of consideration for the peds, I close down throttle when I pass them. That goes for any loud pipe. Loud pipes are good.

I have a six pack of disks and an open end cap that I used for about a week laying around if you're interested.

i didnt buy any extras ;D
i did get it from ebay 91 bux shipped brand new
i also dont like the looks, but being able to tune it is a huge plus
i am interested in the extras you have photojoe
i'm kinda going back and forth about getting a cam now, gonna have to wait till after i get the engine in my truck rebuilt, and after christmas. :'(

Yeah you dog..... I bid on it up to $75..... good to know a member here got it...

I had the guy send me a few extra pics of it and yes it was a great deal, let me know if you ever want to let it go.

Make sure you post pics of it on your bike..

so your the one who drove up the price :o just kidding. i actually tried to get the seller to end the auction early, but he wouldn't. so bid bid a little over a hundred bux, and was suprised no one else snagged it. i think the only way i'll get rid of it, is if i ever sell the bike. it will be included.
