I took my head cover off to replace the oil plug. Since it was dirty and I am waiting for parts I decided to glass bead blast the cover. I took the rocker arms and shafts out. Oldtimers kicked in and I don't remember which side of the rocker arm the thrust washers were on. I think they would both be located on the right in this photo.

Go to bikebandit.com. I've found the schematics there VERY helpful in figuring out where things go. Find your year/model and the schematic that shows those washers is "camshaft-valve"

Thanks 88pagan. I checked out that site. I also looked at a Suzuki Service Manual this morning. They showed the same thing - I had mine on the wrong side. I corrected that this morning. Now if my plug, o-ring, and washer gaskets would get here I could put it back together.

I "JUST" took mine out and yes they are on the right side of the pic. Opposite side as the spark plug !
